Shipping FAQS
Shipping Policy
Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been fully processed and prepared. Orders are only shipped Monday-Friday once processing has been completed.
Processing Times
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing the following Monday and will ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you accept returns?
-Kayoniorganics offer feminine care & wellness products, therefore for sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of any of our goods/products.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
-THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY, NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS. If you are unsatisfied with your order, or this is a mistake on our end, we will accompany you in the best way possible.
Shipment Tracking
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
Shipping & Billing Address
Shipping addresses cannot be different from billing addresss. We will only ship your order if your shipping and billing address are the same. All orders with different shipping and billing addresses will be canceled.
